Worship Service - What to Expect
Our worship service lasts approximately 60 minutes. At the beginning we give a welcome and greet each other followed by a praise song. We follow by a call to worship and pastoral prayer song. Joys and Concerns, scripture reading and message from Reverend Ayers. Each week, our musicians and vocalists lead our congregation in singing praises to God through contemporary songs, as well as traditional hymns. Our dress range is casual to more formal – whatever you want to wear is fine. We do not single out guests or ask anything of you.
If you have children from birth to three years old, we can assist you in checking your child into the nursery where you will meet our caring nursery staff. If you have children ages four years or older, they are invited to attend worship service with you in the sanctuary.
Communion is held the 1st Sunday of each month before the sermon and offering. Everyone is invited to receive Holy Communion. We believe that everyone – members and guests regardless of denomination or church background – are welcome at the Lord’s table.
The worship service will end with a sending forth by the pastor after which our staff would be happy to meet you!
